It seems the Headmaster was experimenting with something last night and accidentally added a spell to the sphere of influence surrounding the school. For the next text cycle, all characters within the school bounds are under the affect of a Veritaserum enchantment! Or, you know, Zone of Truth.

Here's the nitty gritty:

• As stated before, all characters within
  the school bounds are affected by this event. Yes, even the professors. And anyone that comes INTO school bounds. Leaving school bounds negates the effect. This is both in and out of texts.
• Characters are not COMPELLED to tell the truth, they are simply unable to tell lies.
  
• However, if a character is asked a question, they must answer. It is up to the player how the character responds, whether it's direct answers, dancing around the topic, or in the form of a riddle.
  
• Characters can only tell truths that they have knowledge of. If they do not know the truth about something, they must say so.
  
• Likewise, characters can only tell truths that they perceive as the truth.
• Restrictions like hexes, curses, charms, and jinxes do not lose effect.
  
• Characters do not have knowledge that this has occurred. They will have to figure it out on their own.
